Comment: Adele Meyer, who defines herself as a "keen feminist and Suffragist", explains the aims of the Home Science course of London University and argues that the institution of the course is a progressive act and not a "deliberate pandering to the most sentimental sections of the community". The special aim of the course is actually "the removal on unnecessary drudgery from the daily life of women of all classes, and the application of scientific principles to what is called Woman's Sphere".
